Huntington drive has seen better days.

Like many cities, Alhambra has a soulless "new" downtown designed with the hope of luring yuppies away from the malls.

But there are still a few reminders of how things used to be.

San Gabriel Blvd. has a lot more character than Alhambra's Main St.

This squirrel couldn't tell a brick wall from a tree trunk. He didn't know what to do when he reached the ceiling.

And I couldn't walk past this without taking a picture.
